This kind of steel belongs to high silicon remelting steel and can be used as a part material of some missile warheads. According to the customers who tested the last batch of products, the quality of the products is excellent, fully meeting the requirements of its design and application. Combining with the successful experience of the last production, we made a smelting production plan carefully in this production and produced qualified remelting ingot which has smooth surface, uniform composition, high cleanness for many times.
The re-production of this steel marks that the technical advantages and stability of electroslag remelting techniques of our company have been fully recognized by customers, which creates conditions for Xingtai Steel to further expand the field of military products.
